Barwis Training

The Barwis Methods - Strength & Condititioning Program
  • Begins Monday, Jan. 16th at 3pm -5pm (yes, even though there is not school, there will be lifting!)
  • Program is 4 days a week - Monday thru Thursday - 3-5 PM
  • Be dressed and ready to participate at 2:55 PM
  • Paperwork must be completed and turned in to Coach Ganfield to participate - see Documents Tab to print out paperwork that needs to be filled out.
  • All players are expected to participate if they are not in a winter sport
  • Winter sport players can see Jeff for an abbreviated workout
